What is Keto Box 📦?

Finding snacks that are keto diet approved can be tough. With the keto diet, you must reduce your carb intake to less than 50 grams per day, and most keto dieters aim for closer to 20-30 grams. Cutting carbs to this degree all-but forces your body to burn fat for fuel, leading to faster, easier weight loss.

However, eating so few carbs is not always easy, especially when it’s time to grab a well-deserved snack. Most popular snack foods are loaded with sugar and, by default, are high in carbs. From trail mix to candy to cookies – if you want a snack, it can be hard to avoid carbohydrate. Unfortunately, even a couple of regular cookies will kick you out of ketosis and derail your diet. It takes several days to reach ketosis, but just one small snack will end it.

There are keto snacks available, and you can make your own keto fat bombs, but finding the time to seek out and buy or make low-carb snacks is not always possible. It seems like keto snackers are doomed to dine on beef jerky, olives, nuts, and not much else!

The good news is that Keto Box has heard the cries of frustrated keto dieters and have come up with a solution – keto snack boxes delivered to your door. Each month, after subscribing, Keto Box will send you a selection of keto-friendly snacks and other food items so that you don’t have to try and find and buy them yourself.

What can you expect to find in your Keto Box?

Each month, Keto Box will send you a range of keto and low-carb snacks. You’ll get a different selection providing you with an excellent opportunity to expand your diet horizons and try products that you might typically not choose for yourself.

Keto Box usually contains 8-11 products which include a combination of sweet and savory snacks, plus drink mixes and low-carb condiments. While the products vary from month to month, Keto Box state that each item will contain 5 grams of net carbs or less so you can eat whatever you are sent without disrupting ketosis.

Keto Box 📦 subscription options

Keto Boxes are not available in stores. Instead, you’ll have to sign up for a subscription. There are four subscription levels so you can decide how long you want to keep receiving Keto Boxes. Subscriptions are renewed automatically, so if you do sign up and then decide you’d like to cancel, you must change your account settings. If you don’t your subscription will continue regardless.

The four subscriptions are:

  • Month to month (the most expensive option)
  • 3-month prepay (save $2 per month)
  • 6-month prepay (save $4 per month)
  • 12-month prepay (save $6 per month)

keto box subscription optionsSigning up for Keto Box is very easy. Simply go to their website and choose your preferred subscription option. Next, answer a few simple survey questions, and then enter your payment and shipping details. Boxes are dispatched on the 5th of each month, and you should receive your snacks within a couple of business days after that date.

Keto Box also offers gift cards that can be redeemed against any subscription.

In addition to your snacks, you’ll also receive a free 28-day keto diet meal plan to help you with your health and weight loss journey and exclusive monthly money-off vouchers.

Pros and cons of Keto Box

🙂 Pros

✅ Convenience – shopping for keto-friendly snacks is not always easy. Receiving a Keto Box each month means you don’t have to worry about tracking down tasty treats and healthy snacks.

✅ Variety – Keto Boxes contain a variety of different snacks each month. While you may be familiar with some of the products, many will be new to you. This provides a great opportunity to try some new snacks and expand your diet.

✅ Keto-friendly – no need to study the nutrition labels when you pick up a snack. If it came from Keto Box, you already know it contains less than five grams of net carbs per serving.

✅ Diet adherence – if you are hungry, it’s very tempting to grab any old snack, even if it isn’t keto-friendly. This will, of course, derail your diet but, when you are hungry, all bets are off! With 8-11 snacks per Keto Box, you should always have diet-approved snacks on hand, and that will make sticking to your keto diet much easier.

✅ Cost-effective – the price of your subscription, even the basic month to month option, works out cheaper than buying the snacks individually. You’ll save even more money if you sign up for one of the longer subscriptions.

😐 Cons

❗️ Not enough snacks for some users – With only 8-11 snacks, you may find that there aren’t enough products in your Keto Box to get you through a month of snacking. A larger box option would be useful.

❗️ No personalization available – there is no way to customize the contents of your box. If you have a nut allergy, don’t eat meat, or simply don’t like a particular type of product, there is no way to let Keto Box know so that they can change the contents of your delivery.

❗️ Not all items are snacks – each box contains a few non-snack items such as keto condiments and drink mixes.

Conclusion

Keto Box is a great option for dieters who don’t have the time, energy, or inclination to seek out lots of different low-carb snacks every month. With Keto Box, you simply sign up for a month to month, 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscription and then, shortly after the 5th of each month, you’ll receive your box full of keto goodies.

The contents vary from month to month so that you can try a range of different products, expanding your taste buds in the process.

On the downside, there is no way to personalize your Keto Box, so if you have food allergies, are a vegetarian or vegan, or simply do not like a particular type of product, you may end up being sent items you cannot eat or do not like.

Keto Box is a great idea, and most keto dieters will enjoy receiving a selection of snacks and other keto-friendly food items every month. Each subscription is good value of for money, and you are sure to enjoy the wide range of products, many of which will be new to you.
