Instant Keto is a dietary weight loss supplement designed to be used alongside the low-carb ketogenic diet. In fact, this specialist nutritional product won’t do much for you if you aren’t on keto.

What are the Ingredients?

A large number of weight loss supplements are loaded with numerous ingredients, including metabolism boosters, energizers, and appetite suppressants. Instant Keto has a much shorter ingredients list. In fact, it only contains one active ingredient – beta-hydroxybutyrate.

It contains a blend of three different forms of beta-hydroxybutyrate:

  • Calcium beta-hydroxybutyrate
  • Sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate
  • Magnesium beta-hydroxybutyrate

While all of these substances have a similar effect, they work at slightly different speeds. This provides short, medium, and long-term benefits.

Beta-hydroxybutyrate is a source of ketones – the very lifeblood of the ketogenic diet. These exogenous (or supplementary) ketones are the same as the ketones produced naturally by your body during a low-carb diet. That means your body can use them in the same way it uses the ketones it makes itself.

It contains a couple of inert ingredients too. While these substances have no effect, they are still important. The main ones are:

  • Magnesium stearate
  • Rice flour
  • Silicon dioxide
  • Gelatin

Except for gelatin, these substances are anti-caking agents and moisture absorbers. They ensure that the ketones in Instant Keto don’t turn into a solid, indigestible mass. Gelatin is the material used to form the capsules. As gelatin is made from animal bones and hides, this product is not vegan or vegetarian-friendly.

Despite their chemical-sounding names, all of the ingredients in Instant Keto are natural and safe.

Benefits of Instant Keto

Taking exogenous ketones during a ketogenic diet can have several effects and benefits.  Those benefits include:

A faster descent into ketosis – when you cut carbs from your diet, your body has to start using more fat for fuel. However, fat is not a good source of energy for your brain and muscles. Subsequently, your body turns fat into a more useable form of energy – ketones.

Transitioning from carbs to ketones can take several days to a couple of weeks, depending on how much stored carbohydrate you have in your body.

Taking exogenous ketones, like those in Instant Keto, tricks your body into producing ketones sooner than it would normally. The faster you can get into ketosis, the sooner you can start enjoying all the benefits of the ketogenic diet including:

Increased weight loss – your body makes ketones from fat. Taking exogenous ketones increases natural ketone production. In this way, taking this supplement will speed up weight loss.

More energy – ketones are a very clean, fast-acting source of energy. Taking exogenous ketones will give you a boost without the need for harsh stimulants, such as caffeine. They are especially useful before exercise.

Less keto flu – your body is all-but addicted to carbs, and cutting carbs from your diet can come as a shock. In the period between eliminating carbs and entering ketosis, most keto dieters experience side effects and symptoms collectively called the keto flu.
